While I regret not making healthier choices in the span of 40-50 something days (binged a lot),I’m glad that even though I made some bad choices, I got some result out of it.
I used to weigh 182 lbs a year and a half ago (not pictured),but in the above picture I weigh the same on the left and right. Did a bit of 30 Day Shred,loads of squats/lunges ,and ate clean 3-4 days/week.
Height : 5’5
Weight : 123-125 lbs

Happy 4 month of my lifestyle change. I’ve lost a little under 50 pounds by eating clean and exercising. As you can tell in the first picture my pants were close to not even buttoning, I couldn’t even get them all the way zipped up and my fat is oozing out. Now look at those pants, they fit perfectly, actually a little to big. I am so proud of myself.And I’m letting everyone know they can accomplish anything they put their mind to. I still have a lot way to go but I cant wait to continue my journey.

How big of a difference 15 pounds can make. HW 168, CW 153, GW happy/healthy. Height 5’6”. 7 weeks of healthy/clean eating and working out. One pound at a time!!!!
